Sweden Center – Payment, Contribution and Refund Agreement

Please make sure to read our payment and refund agreement.

  1. Payments - payments for the accommodation and food are due 14 days in advance (please see Means of Payment to the Center).

  2. Contributions - contributions to the training/s will be collected in Swedish cash (SEK) on your arrival day.

Refund and Cancellation Details:

  1. Payments will be sent 14 days in advance. Your application will be finalized only when the payment to the Center has been completed or your payment plan has been approved.

  2. In case of cancellation or no show up:

    • Earlier than 14 days prior to your agreed arrival date: Full refund except processing fees.

    • 14-11 days prior to your agreed arrival date: 50% refund of the payment to the center. Except processing fees.

    • 10-7 days prior to your agreed arrival date: 25% refund of the payment to the center and the donation to the training. Except processing fees.

    • Less than 7 days prior to your agreed arrival date: no refund (this also includes shortening your stay while being at the Center).

    • Note: Cancellation due to sickness: Cancellation due to illness documented by a medical certificate - full refund in the form of a voucher for the next stay at the Center. This voucher will expire after 6 months from the date of the cancellation.

  3. The Center offers a limited number of payment plans opportunities for participants who need this support. Write to SwedenCenter@shortmoments.com to apply. Please note, upon confirmation of your payment plan you agree to complete it on time with no delays. It is best to set scheduled payments.
